Terms of use

1. Who we are

These terms apply to every purchase from the shop. By completing an order you accept them.

2. Products and prices

All prices are in euros and include 24% VAT. Delivery costs are shown in the cart before payment.

Product images and illustrations are indicative. Shades or hardware may differ slightly.

If a price is obviously wrong, we will contact you before shipping and you may cancel for a full refund.

3. Orders

The contract is formed when your payment is completed. You will receive a confirmation email with your order number.

4. Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe, by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or other methods shown on the payment page. We never see or store your card details.

5. Delivery

We deliver across Greece. Most products ship directly from our supplier's warehouse outside the EU and arrive in 8–15 business days; items stocked in Greece arrive in 1–3 business days. See the Delivery page for details.

If delivery takes longer than 30 days from your order, you may cancel and receive a full refund.

6. Right of withdrawal

You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. See the Returns and withdrawal page.

7. Guarantee

All products carry the two-year (2) legal guarantee of conformity. If a product is faulty or not as described, contact us for a repair, replacement or refund.

8. Disputes

If anything goes wrong, please write to us first; we reply within one business day. You may also contact the Hellenic Consumer Ombudsman (www.synigoroskatanaloti.gr) or the General Secretariat of Commerce and Consumer Protection. Greek law applies.
