14-day right of withdrawal

You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the day you received the products, without giving a reason.

How to withdraw

• Send the items back within 14 days of telling us, to: [to be completed].
• You pay the return postage, unless the product is faulty or we sent the wrong item.

Refunds

We refund everything you paid, including the original delivery charge, within 14 days of being told, using the same payment method. We may wait until we receive the items back.

You are only liable for any loss of value caused by handling the products beyond what is needed to establish their nature and characteristics.
